Squirrel’s Nut is the trade name of Edward Verwayen, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands, KvK [KVK NUMBER]. I am responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: edward@squirrelsnut.co.
When you request a review: your name, work email and the web page you send. When you email me: what you write. When you book a call: your name, email and the time you choose.
To send your review and one follow-up email, to answer your questions, to prepare a quote and deliver work if you hire me, and to invoice and keep the records Dutch law requires. I never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.
Review requests: deleted after 12 months if you don’t become a client. Client records and invoices: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Framer (this website and its form), Microsoft 365 (email) and Calendly (call booking). Some of these providers may store data outside the EU, under the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This site uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which counts visits without tracking cookies. No advertising cookies are used.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or receive a copy. Email edward@squirrelsnut.co and I will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
